How long does company registration take?

We can register you company within 1 -2 days, However, if there is a delay from CIPC due to excessive workload, the process could take longer.

Where is my business registered?

Your business will be registered with Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). we have made the process so easy and painless, it only takes a few minutes. we deal with the CIPC on your behalf while you sit back just waiting for your company documents to arrive in your inbox.

How many names do you have to submit with company registration?

The CIPC requires 4 preferred names to be submitted, when you make an application with us, we only submit 2 names.

With a registered business, you are able to create a bank account specifically for the business, allowing you to keep your personal matters out of business. Lenders and banks will also require a registered business in order to consider your business for loans and other credit facilities

How many directors are needed to register a new company?

There's no limit to the number of directors a company can have

Do i need to pay any fees to the CIPC?

Yes after your company has been registered,  there is an annual fee of R100 to be paid to CIPC on the anniversary date of your company’s registration. If these fees are not paid on time, a penalty fee of R50 will be charged.

How do i receive my company documents?

We will email the documents to you, please note if you need a hard copy we can send it via courier but this will be at an additional cost.
